Think of it as a casual meet-and-greet a chance to discuss what you’re looking for in counselling and explore whether we’re the right fit. The session lasts about 15 minutes and is completely free, with no pressure to commit.
How long is each counselling session?
Each session is 50 minutes, either in-person at our Victoria, BC office or online across BC.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is needed. Just bring yourself! If you have any concerns or topics in mind, you’re welcome to share them.
Can I switch between virtual/online counselling and in-person sessions?
Yes, if you live in Victoria, BC or surrounding areas, you can switch between online and in-person sessions. Just let me know in advance so we can coordinate the best option for you. Flexibility is important, and I’m happy to accommodate what works best for your comfort and schedule.
