What can I expect in our first session?

We offer individual counselling services in-person in Victoria and virtually across BC. Our areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress management, grief and loss, trauma, and personal growth.

Each person's journey is unique. Some find what they need in 6-8 sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We'll regularly check in about your progress and goals.

Yes. I offer flexibility to meet your changing needs and schedule. We can alternate between in-person sessions at my Yates Street office and secure online sessions, creating a therapeutic approach that works best for you.
