What if I have technical difficulties during a session?
I provide backup communication methods and technical support. If connection issues persist, we can switch to a phone session or reschedule without charge.
Can you provide online therapy if I'm temporarily outside BC?
As an RCC licensed in BC, I can only provide services to clients residing within British Columbia during our sessions.
Do you offer couples or family therapy online?
My practice is dedicated to individual therapy, allowing me to provide tailored support for each client. For couples or family therapy, I can refer you to qualified clinicians.
What equipment do I need for online therapy?
All you need is a device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone), a private space, and optionally headphones for better audio quality.
